Message of Principal

Skilled craftsmen are one of the basic requirements for sustainable industrial growth. Properly trained person can contribute significantly in improving productivity and thereby increasing profitability, quality of product/services and thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, increasing safety and environment protection standards. Industrial Training Institute provides the opportunity for systematic training. Industrial Training Institute, ITI Kalol is one of the oldest and largest institute. 9 NCVT courses covering almost all the sectors of economy.

With the globalization and in the era of providing globally competitive work force Institute has established the Centre of Excellence for the Production & Manufacturing Sectors. Institute has developed strong linkages with the industry and in association with Electrotherm (india) Limited, offers training programmes with preparing the trainees for different technologies. Institute also offers various short duration training programmes to meet the requirements of informal sectors, school drop outs and computer courses.

Institute continuously strives for constant up-gradation for which organization workshops and seminars, faculty interaction with the industry and continuous training of the faculties are regular features. Institute provides vibrant environment for developing other life skills, sports, social services and helps the trainees to be a better citizens.

Message from Chairman, Institute Management Committee

Industrial Training Institute, Kalol is front runner in providing opportunities for quality Vocational Training. Institute is committed for continuous improvement and up-gradation of the infrastructure and training delivery system. We at ITI, Kalol always strives for producing industry ready work force for which we have closer interaction and association with the industries.

We, at ITI,Kalol aim at all round development of the trainees to be a good citizens. Personality development, soft skill training, emphasis on English learning and knowledge of basic computer skills are made available to all the trainees of the Institute.

Post trainee extension service including placement and counseling is very much essential when we consider the fact that the majority of the trainees are from middle or lower spectrum of the society. ITI Kalol has full fledged Placement Advisory Bureau which renders placement and counseling service to the trainees which has resulted in excellent placement record.

State of the art facility for the production and manufacturing sector created under the Scheme of PPP in this years has resulted in better opportunities for the trainees and competent industry ready work force to the industry of this sector which is in large number in an around the institute.

We are aiming at further strengthening our infrastructure and facilities to transform the whole institute in to Large Development.
